- “Goods” means the makhana snacks and food products sold on our website.
- “Orders” refers to purchase requests made by You.
- “Service” and “Website” refer to prakino.com and its related services.

2. Order Cancellation Rights
- You are welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without stating any reason.
- To cancel, simply inform us within that window:

- Once cancelled, any payment made will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. No extra fees will be deducted.
3. Conditions for Refunds & Returns
You may request a refund or replacement for your order under the following circumstances:
- You received an incorrect product, or
- The product arrived damaged, defective, or expired.
Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery. Include:
- Your Order ID
- Photos clearly showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
After verification, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement according to your preference.
Note: Refunds or returns are not applicable for:
- Personalized products
- Products with opened or broken hygiene seals
- Change of mind, taste preference, or dissatisfaction once the seal is opened
- Products that have expired or perished naturally
4. Return Shipping
- For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and associated risks.
- We recommend using traceable and insured services to ensure safe delivery.

5. Refund Processing
