1. Interpretation & Definitions

  • “Company” / “We” / “Us” refers to Prakino (include your legal entity details and registered address).
  • “Goods” means the makhana snacks and food products sold on our website.
  • “Orders” refers to purchase requests made by You.
  • “Service” and “Website” refer to prakino.com and its related services.
  • “You” means the individual or organization using our Service.

2. Order Cancellation Rights

  • You are welcome to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, without stating any reason.
  • To cancel, simply inform us within that window:

    • Via website: through the “Contact Us” or “Cancel Order” section
  • Once cancelled, any payment made will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. No extra fees will be deducted.

3. Conditions for Refunds & Returns

You may request a refund or replacement for your order under the following circumstances:

  • You received an incorrect product, or
  • The product arrived damaged, defective, or expired.

Please report such issues within 24 hours of delivery. Include:

  1. Your Order ID
  2. Photos clearly showing the issue
  3. A brief description of the problem

After verification, we’ll arrange a refund or replacement according to your preference.

Note: Refunds or returns are not applicable for:

  • Personalized products
  • Products with opened or broken hygiene seals
  • Change of mind, taste preference, or dissatisfaction once the seal is opened
  • Products that have expired or perished naturally
     

4. Return Shipping

  • For approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and associated risks.
  • We recommend using traceable and insured services to ensure safe delivery.

Received items are inspected, and only then will refunds or replacements be processed.

 

5. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned Goods, refunds will be processed within 14 days.
  • Refunds are issued using the same payment method used for purchase.
  • You will not incur any fees for the refunded amount.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please report within 24 hours with photos and details.
  • We will evaluate the request and coordinate a full refund or replacement at no extra cost.
